 Terms And Conditions
These are the terms and conditions of Torkard Telecom, and apply to the use of this website at www.torkardtelecom.co.uk. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, whether or not you place an order with us.
1 Prices
1.1 All prices on our website are correct at the time of publication, however they may be subject to change without notice. 1.2 Charges for carriage and/or insurance. Where applicable will be shown separately
2 Payments
2.1 Payment is required for goods bought on the website to be paid at the time of ordering. By credit or debit card 2.2 Delivery of goods will usually take 3-5 working days depending on whether the item is in stock, if when ordered the item is not in stock, Torkard Telecom will inform the buyer by email, when the expected product will be in stock again. This will not take more than 5 working days.
3 Cancellation And Returns.
3.1 To cancel your order. You must notify us by email at cserv@torkardtelecom.co.uk, before goods are dispatched. 3.2 Where goods have already been dispatched, they should be returned within seven working days of receipt. 3.3 Goods supplied by us can be returned for any reason within seven working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All costs incurred returning goods, shall be borne by you. 3.4 Goods returned by the customer must be in the same condition and packaging as they were when dispatched. Failure to do so may result in the goods being returned to the customer and a refund refused. 3.5 If goods can be exchanged, carriage will be charged at the appropriate rate. 3.6 All goods should be inspected upon receipt. You must inform us of any faults or complaints within seven working days. 3.7 Faulty goods can be returned after informing us on cserv@torkardtelecom.co.uk and receiving a returns number. When issued, the goods can be returned. Please ensure all paperwork is correct and includes the returns number, your name, address and telephone number, proof of purchase and fault details. The returns number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the parcel. Without it, goods will not be accepted. All faulty goods should be returned in original packaging, were possible, if not alternative protective packaging must be used. 3.8 All goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the invoice amount,(unless faulty). 3.9 Clause 3.7 above shall apply to all goods returned.
4 Product Warranties
4.1Torkard Telecom honours all manufacturers warranties, provided that defects are notified as clause 3.7, and the customer accepts the responsibility for the return of goods. 4.2 Products found to have no fault will be returned; a charge of £20 plus VAT and carriage costs will be made. 4.3 Any manufacturers charges for no fault found items will also be passed on to the customer. 4.4 If you have any technical queries concerning products we have supplied please contact us on cser@torkardtelecom.co.uk we may be able to resolve any installation /service problems and cut potential no fault returns. You can also contact most manufacturers through their product help line, details in their user guide. 5 Disclaimer 5.1 While we endeavour to ensure that the information contained on the Torkard Telecom website is correct at the time of publication, Torkard Telecom reserve the right to make subsequent changes to it, products, prices and services may be modified, supplemented or withdrawn. 5.2 Certain manufacturers reserve the right to alter their specifications without notice. Torkard Telecom cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred as a result of inconsistencies within specifications. 5.3 It is a condition of us allowing you access to the information on the Torkard Telecom website, that you accept we will not be liable for any action you take relying on the information from this website, or any website to which we have links. Torkard Telecom will not be liable if your use of materials or information from the Torkard Telecom website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs relating to the above. 5.4 Information you provide on this website may be held and used by us for any of the following, orders and/or accounts, crime and fraud prevention complaints or enquires. We may also use the information about you provided by credit reference agencies to help prevent fraud. 5.5 Information may also be used, subject to your approval, to keep you informed of our latest products and services. 5.6 Information may also be disclosed to sub contractors for any of the above purposes 5.7 We may also disclose your information to other people or credit agencies in relation to enquiries concerning the detection or prevention of fraud or crime the apprehension or prosecution of offenders as may be required by law or legal proceedings
