Bronze Monday to Friday 9-5

  • 8-hour response to major faults, 16 hour response to minor faults.
  • Torkard Telecom will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site,
  • (excluding Public and Bank Holidays)

Based on the schedule of equipment as detailed in the agreement, Torkard Telecom ltd contracts include all parts and labour involved in the resolution of the problem resulting from fair wear and tear.
