Maintenance Contract Coverage

Based on the schedule of equipment as detailed in the agreement, Torkard Telecom contracts include
all parts and labour involved in the resolution of the problem resulting from fair wear and tear.
 
Bronze Monday to Friday 9-5

• 8-hour response to major faults, 16 hour response to minor faults.
  Torkard Telecom will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site,
   (excluding Public and Bank Holidays)

Silver Monday to Friday 9-5

• 4-hour response to major faults, 8 hour response to minor faults.
  Torkard Telecom will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site,
   (excluding Public and Bank Holidays)

Gold Monday to Saturday 9-5

• 4-hour response to major faults, 8 hour response to minor faults.
  Torkard Telecom will respond to the fault either remotely or by sending an engineer to site,
   (excluding Public and Bank Holidays)
