The service type and couriers used will depend upon the value of the product/s purchased. Delivery normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed, 98% of web orders placed on a working day before 4 PM for items in stock are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed and despatched on the next working day.

To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible please make sure that your billing address matches the credit/debit card holder's address and you have entered a valid landline telephone number. A credit check and/or test call may be carried out to prevent fraudulent transactions. Under no circumstances will we ship your purchase to any address other than the one you supplied at the time you made payment to us/ the one that matches the credit/debit card

Delivery Cost

Deliveries are charged according to size and weight and are stated with the item to be bought. Our costs include packaging, handling and delivery charges.
There are no hidden charges. Our standard delivery charge does not provide for next day delivery. However every effort is made to achieve this.
